胶州湾大沽河潮滩营养盐在沉积物-水界面的扩散通量对盐度变化的响应 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
2009年3、6、9和12月在胶州湾大沽河河口潮滩采集均长25cm的沉积物柱状样,利用室内培养法,培养柱状样72h。该时间段内的营养盐在水—沉积物界面的平均迁移速度视为营养盐的扩散通量。在培养中,上覆水的盐度,分别被调整到17、22和28。不同盐度水平下,氨氮和磷酸盐在沉积物—水界面的扩散通量具有明显的时空异质性;在所测试的盐度范围内,氨氮的扩散通量与盐度的相关性并不显著;而盐度对磷酸盐在沉积物—水界面的扩散具有显著的影响。在6月和9月,所有测试站位中均表现为盐度增加,磷酸盐的扩散速度下降。大沽河径流的衰减会抑制磷酸盐自沉积物向水体释放,从而导致初级生产磷的供应不足。因此,大沽河径流的降低是大沽河潮滩湿地生态功能退化的一个原因。 相似文献

The health of the pond environment in shrimp farming is important for sustainable and profitable aquaculture, in which sediment–water interface is the most important influencing area. With this objective, the key parameters of water and sediment at the interface was studied in shrimp ponds with varying salinities and compared with the surface water and soil to understand the variations and the underlying causes. Total ammonia nitrogen and total alkalinity were higher in water at the interface as compared to surface water, whereas pH, nitrite, oxide forms of nitrogen (NO3), phosphorus (PO4) and oxidizing bacteria were observed to be lower. There was no significant difference with respect to macrominerals such as sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium between water at the interface and surface. These changes are profoundly influenced by the uppermost 1.0‐cm thick sediment layer, where the maximum transition of nutrients takes place with the water column. The outcome of the study highlights the effectiveness of water sampling for metabolites at the interface, which reflects at an early stage any potential deterioration of pond environment, which will help the farmer to initiate timely mitigation measures. 相似文献

土地生态安全问题是区域生态安全的核心问题之一。定量化、可视化、自动化的评价和预测土地生态安全状况并进行实时预警,对土地资源的可持续利用具有重要意义。本文以河北省为研究实例,基于PSR(压力、状态、响应)模型构建了土地生态安全评价指标体系,采用投影寻踪模型对土地生态安全状况进行评价,采用主成分相关分析法诊断土地生态安全的主要影响因子,采用空间差异系数模型分析了土地生态安全的时空格局,采用马尔科夫预测模型对土地生态安全水平进行预测,通过划分土地生态安全预警等级建立了预警机制,并利用MATLAB的图形用户界面(GUI)开发了土地生态安全预警系统。结果表明:1)2010—2018年,河北省土地生态安全指数呈不断增长态势,由0.300上升到0.611,年均增长率为12.92%,土地生态安全状态由"恶化级"转变为"敏感级",预警等级由"巨警"转变为"中警",土地生态安全总体水平仍然较低。2)土地生态安全主要限制因子是人口密度、工业化率、单位播种面积农药负荷、单位土地工业三废负荷、城市建设用地比重、工业用地比重和GDP能耗等。3)河北省各地级市土地生态安全区域差异性不断缩小,近年趋于平稳,至2018年,空间差异系数为32.54%,各市之间的差异性仍然不容忽视,大部分地级市土地生态安全状态处于"敏感级",预警等级为"中警",土地生态安全水平有待进一步提高。4)2019—2025年,河北省土地生态安全指数呈稳步上升趋势,到2025年为0.834,达到"较安全级",预警等级为"轻警",土地生态朝着良性方向发展的潜力较大。 相似文献

Objective
To compare the efficacy of three continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) interfaces in dogs on gas exchange, lung volumes, amount of leak during CPAP and rebreathing in case of equipment failure or disconnection.Study design

Ten purpose-bred Beagle dogs.Methods
Dogs were in dorsal recumbency during medetomidine–propofol constant rate infusions, breathing room air. Three interfaces were tested in each dog in a consecutive random order: custom-made mask (M), conical face mask (FM) and helmet (H). End-expiratory lung impedance (EELI) measured by electrical impedance tomography was assessed with no interface (baseline), with the interface only (No-CPAP for 3 minutes) and at 15 minutes of 7 cmH2O CPAP (CPAP-delivery). PaO2 was assessed at No-CPAP and CPAP-delivery, partial pressure of inspired carbon dioxide (PICO2; rebreathing assessment) at No-CPAP and the interface leak (ΔPleak) at CPAP-delivery. Mixed-effects linear regression models were used for statistical analysis (p < 0.05).Results
During CPAP-delivery, all interfaces increased EELI by 7% (p < 0.001). Higher ΔPleak was observed with M and H (9 cmH2O) in comparison with FM (1 cmH2O) (p < 0.001). At No-CPAP, less rebreathing occurred with M (0.5 kPa, 4 mmHg) than with FM (1.8 kPa, 14 mmHg) and with H (1.4 kPa, 11 mmHg), but also lower PaO2 was measured with M (9.3 kPa, 70 mmHg) than with H (11.9 kPa, 90 mmHg) and FM (10.8 kPa, 81 mmHg).Conclusions and clinical relevance
All three interfaces can be used to provide adequate CPAP in dogs. The leak during CPAP-delivery and the risk of rebreathing and hypoxaemia, when CPAP is not maintained, can be significant. The Borana pastoral system has long been regarded as a model for sustainable resource use in eastern Africa. Recent growth in human and livestock populations, however, has contributed to a marked decline in rangeland condition, as well as increasing poverty. Another trend is fewer pastoralists controlling more resources. Today, for example, only 10% of households own 60% of all livestock. This wealthy minority has become increasingly important but has received little research attention. We wanted to learn how such elites perceive system change and how they innovate when accumulating or managing their assets. Twelve wealthy men were interviewed. They noted that the pastoral system is in sharp decline, with the most serious livestock-production constraints including chronic shortages of forage and labor. The average value of the physical and financial assets held by these men was estimated as at least USD $164,000, about 62-times that held by poor households. The average investment portfolio was composed of livestock (two-thirds of total value), while savings accounts in local banks and urban real estate (largely housing) made up the remainder. Livestock in general—and cattle in particular—were the riskiest physical assets given recurrent effects of drought and forage scarcity on animal productivity and mortality. When asked to identify future investment priorities, the men said that investing in urban real estate and their children was now preferred to investing in more livestock; their tradition of steady livestock reinvestment has thus changed. Recent urban growth in the rangelands has given the wealthy elite new investment options that offset heightened risks of animal losses. Urban investments are important because they could facilitate town development and provide incentives to improve range management via destocking. 为获得无甲醛释放的环保胶合板,将热塑性树脂薄膜(低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚氯乙烯(PVC))用作胶黏剂,并利用空气介质阻挡等离子体对热塑性树脂薄膜进行表面改性处理以提高薄膜与杨木单板的界面相容性,从而获得性能良好的环保胶合板。研究了等离子体处理对胶合板胶合性能的影响,并从等离子体处理对热塑性树脂薄膜表面化学组分及其对胶合板界面形貌的影响分析其胶合机理。结果表明:在等离子体处理功率为4.5 kW、处理时间为8 m/min的条件下处理热塑性树脂薄膜,胶合板的胶合强度得到显著提高,LLDPE/杨木胶合板的胶合强度从0.49 MPa增至0.81 MPa,PP/杨木胶合板的胶合强度从0.65 MPa提高到0.84 MPa,均达到Ⅱ类胶合板标准要求。其中用等离子体处理后PVC与杨木制备的胶合板能满足Ⅰ类胶合板的标准要求,胶合强度达到0.79 MPa。XPS分析表明,等离子体改性热塑性树脂薄膜的表面发生了氧化反应,引入了含氧官能团,提高了薄膜表面极性,有利于提高薄膜与杨木单板之间的相互作用,从而使得胶合板的界面胶合更为紧密,说明等离子体处理后树脂与杨木单板的相容性提高,树脂能在单板表面更好地附着。热塑性树脂薄膜与杨木单板制备的胶合板仅有极微量甲醛释放,其主要源于木材自身,远低于国家标准对人造板甲醛释放限量的要求。研究证明等离子体处理能明显改善热塑性树脂薄膜与杨木单板的界面相容性。 相似文献
